 Antoine Elzoghbi  

 Chief Operating Officer  

Antoine Elzoghbi (also known as Tony Elzoghbi) joined Mir Hashem Khoory Group (MHK) on February 2013 as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Tony holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering (1988) and Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (1987) from Clemson University, USA. He has a very extensive and efficiently experience in managing operations and projects in Government and Non-Government sectors.

Prior in joining MHK, Mr. Tony was The Director of Governance and Internal Audit of Dubai Health Authority (DHA) as he worked at DHA from 2003 to 2013 where he Advised the Director General and The Deputy Director General on DHA’s vision, master plans, internal and external decision making, inter-governmental agreements and coordination. As well as Managing the Performance of DHA sectors and major departments and analyzing their outcome and following up the strategic and operational KPIs.. He has shown his high caliber in the aspect of learning and wide extent of his experience in a strong and effective leadership.

In 2002, Mr. Tony was a General Manager of ARCA Engineers and Consultants based in Beirut, Lebanon. He was involved in consulting with International and Local Companies in the Middle East on EAM and CMMS technical solutions.

In 1999-2002, He was a Director – Middle East of Datastream Systems (USA) based in Dubai. He identified and developed Datastream distributors in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt and Lebanon and continued to lead the sales consulting, and technical customer support. In 1998 to1999, He was a Senior Consultant based in US. He has provided consulting and implementation services for US and Overseas companies.

In the year 1996-1998, He was a Project Manager of Masterpak, Member of Indevco Group (Sister Company to NAPCO).  A Technical Director of Integro Advanced Computer System in 1993 to 1996 and have managed a group of 40 Engineers and Programmers. In 1989, his career started as a Project Engineer and managing a Multi-million Dollar projects with Cryovac - Division of W.R. Grace in the US. He also had Intern experience in Clemson University 1986-1988 as a Residential Hall Director and managed 8 Resident assistants for 550 students in the University of Housing. An intramural Supervisor and managed 40 personnel in a 10 Million Dollars Intramural Centre.

Mr. Tony is fluent in three languages: Arabic, English and French.

 Pulin Shah

 Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Pulin Shah is the Chief Financial Officer of Mir Hashem Khoory LLC (MHK) with over 30 years of experience in leadership positions in the finance domain. Pulin joined MHK in June 2008. His areas of responsibilities include Strategic Financial Planning, Corporate Finance, Accounts, Project Evaluation, arranging bank finance and is a member of the Investment Advisory Committee.

Pulin is a Commerce graduate. He graduated from Mumbai University. A Certified Chartered Accountant (C.A.) from the Institute Of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi, India (1986) and holds Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Institute Of Chartered Financial Analyst Of India University (ICFAI University) India, specializing in finance in 2005.             

Pulin started his career in 1986 and prior to joining Mir Hashem Khoory LLC, he was the Chief Financial Officer of large industrial chemicals distribution company based in Mumbai, India for 22 years.

  Charmagne Bartolome

  Executive Assistant 

Charmagne is  the Executive Assistant of the Higher Management of MHK Group. She is closely working with the Chairman, Managing Director, Executive Director, Board members and Department Heads.  

She is the back-office for projects development, investments, Executive Committee members and other administrative commitments. 

Charmagne has a wide experience in HR solutions, technical skills and management sphere over 18 years.

Mohamed Bari

Administration Officer

Mohamed Bari is a Pre-Degree and Diploma holder. Bari has a positive mental attitude, self motivation, coordination, organization and an energetic administrative officer with a wide range of experience in fast-paced environment. He has more than 25 years of expertise and experience in various sector, especially in insurance and real estate.

Prior to joining MHK LLC, Bari had worked as a sales coordinator with Life division for 13 years in Alliance Insurance, which is the leading Insurance Company in UAE. He has a knowledge of organizational and management theories, principles and techniques, and the ability to manage change in a diverse and complex organization.

As an Administration Officer, he is responsible in managing administrative office affairs, Marketing and handling lease of flats, shops and villas of the company properties.
